Artwork:
- Your uploaded artwork should be sized in accordance with your chosen product.
- Artwork guidelines vary by product - Please contact us with any questions.
Proofing:
- We require that a client review and approve a PDF proof before printing.
- Hardcopy proofs are available by special request. Additional fee may apply.
File Format:
- We recommend saving your final artwork as a PDF with all vector content.
Other Accepted File Formats Include:
- JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, EPS, CDR, PSD, or AI.
- Provide artwork at the correct size.
- Graphics over 200" can be scaled.
- Please submit art in the CMYK colorspace.
- Pantone® Coated and Uncoated spot colors are acceptable, although 100% color matching is not a standard guarantee. Palette swatches may be produced for your specific project. Additional fee may apply.
- Flatten all objects, gradients, swatches, symbols, special effects, and/or transparencies and outline all text.
Bleed:
- For artwork that extends to the cut line – add 1/4" to each edge with a bleed.
- For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please add 1" bleed per edge.
- Please refer to the appropriate template for exact sizing.
Safety Margin:
- Please keep text and logos at least 1/4" from all edges of the artwork.
- For Flags, Fabrics and Table Covers please keep text and logos at least 2" from the respective templates finished size boundary.
Die Cut:
- For artwork that requires a contour or die cut – add a vector layer with the die cut to the artwork.
Resolution:
- Artwork must be at least 150 DPI or higher.
- Small text should be vectorized to ensure legibility.
- We can print sub-standard art, but please note that in we are not responsible for low resolution quality / pixelation issues. As a rule of thumb, any file intended for use as a thumbnail, sourced from a cell phone screenshot, or small format free logos/artwork from services such as Canva are generally unsuitable for print. Some of these online design services offer export of suitable file types for a fee - contact us with questions about this and we'll be happy to provide guidance.
Retouch & Pre-Press Setup:
- These requirements apply to print-ready artwork. Print-ready artwork is required for Tier 1 pricing schedule and certain other projects. Artwork requiring vectorization, color adjustment, or other design services may incur additional fees or artwork deposit prior to production.
